\u2026not Gateway! \"Smile\"<\/p>\n

Yesterday was the the prize cerimoney for the Playstation Talents 2016<\/a>, and Gateway was one of the 10 finalists, along with some others (links in the bottom).<\/p>\n

It was a nice ceremony, with improv comedy and a lot of awards\u2026 Unfortunately, Gateway didn\u2019t win \u201cBest Game\u201d, but it did win \u201cBest Use of the Playstation Platform\u201d:<\/p>\n

I got it from the hands of last year\u2019s winner, the Strikers Edge team (which is super-cool, since I\u2019m working with them!)\u2026
\nBesides that, it was nominated for most categories, which is very cool!<\/p>\n

The winner was VRock, a VR Band Hero from Game Studio 78<\/a>. As a big Guitar Hero\/Band Hero fan, I\u2019m looking forward to see where that goes from here on!<\/p>\n

Best Child\u2019s Game: An Aztec Tale (Cake Collective)
\nPress Award: Shutix (Indot Game Studio<\/a>)
\nBest Art: Hell Keeper (Badaguedes)
\nInnovation: VRock (Game Studio 78<\/a>)<\/p>\n

All in all, it was a great day, and it was quite cool talking with all the finalists and taking another step into the gamedev adventure in Portugal!<\/p>\n
